The Beach & Bay holiday house includes:

    All bedrooms have air conditioning (and three also have ceiling fans). If you require additional bedding, please contact us.

    • The Beach room - The largest bedroom with ensuite bathroom with accessible facilities, mini fridge, includes king bed (can be split into 2 single beds) and additional standalone single bed with single trundle bed (sleeps max. 4)

    • The Bay room - Bedroom with ensuite, mini fridge and king bed (can be split into 2 single beds on request) (sleeps max. 2)

  • Additional beds

    Upper level

    • The second living room, closest to the bedrooms, includes a queen sofa bed (sleeps max. 2)

    Lower level

    • There is a semi-detached room from the Beach room with separate security access to rear of house & laundry with toilet, this room has a queen sofa bed (sleeps max. 2)

The kitchen is so well stocked with utensils that were perfect for putting together a good feast. The aircon was great on the hotter days (as was the pool!) and being able to cast our Netflix, Stan or Disney apps to the TV made movie night a breeze. We all enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend Beach & Bay!

We enjoyed this property very much. It was exceptionally clean, perfect for larger/shared families, and had all the finer details that are usually missing from holiday houses, such as high chairs, baby safety gates, a juke box, TV's in almost every room, bar fridges in some bedrooms and several games to keep the kids entertained. The pool exceeded our expectations! It was heated to a great temperature so the kids always enjoyed their swim and never wanted to get out- it even made night swims that extra bit better. The pool house was also great! Adults could watch the kids swim comfortably and unwind there at night while kids were in bed. The owners Brian and Sue were lovely to deal with and made the process and experience so easy. Overall our experience was fantastic and we would definitely recommend this property.

We've stayed at Beach & Bay on 3 occasions and it just keeps getting better and better! The facilities are 5 star. It’s so close to everything, including the beautiful Fly Point beach and the diggers club is across the road. All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with modern furnishings and bedding. The kitchen has all the modern appliances as well as internet and a big screen TV.
